Qingdao Shengtong Mechanical Technology Co., Ltd. (STON) boekt gestaag voortgang met zijn nieuwe fabriek van 35.000㎡. De uitbreiding is bedoeld om de productiecapaciteit van het bedrijf te verhogen en extra productieruimte te bieden voor zijn CNC plaatbewerkingsapparatuur.

Volgens de laatste projectinformatie zijn de fundering en staalconstructie van Werkplaats 2 voltooid. De volgende fasen omvatten apparatuurinstallatie, inbedrijfstelling en proefproductie.

 Bouwvoortgang bij de Nieuwe Fabriek

De projectfoto's documenteren de vroege bouwfase van de nieuwe locatie, inclusief terreinvoorbereiding, graafwerk en funderingswerkzaamheden. Bouwmachines waren op de locatie in bedrijf terwijl de basisinfrastructuur van de fabriek vorm kreeg.

Deze initiële werkzaamheden bereidden het terrein voor op de daaropvolgende bouw van Werkplaats 2. Volgens de laatste projectupdate zijn de fundering en staalconstructie van de werkplaats nu voltooid.

De fabriek wordt ontwikkeld met gestandaardiseerde productiegebieden en een geoptimaliseerde interne indeling. Deze faciliteiten zijn bedoeld om grootschaligere, meer gestandaardiseerde en steeds meer geautomatiseerde productieprocessen te ondersteunen.

 Voorbereiding op Installatie en Inbedrijfstelling van Apparatuur

Nu de hoofdfundering en het structurele werk voor Werkplaats 2 zijn voltooid, zal STON verdergaan met de resterende bouw- en productievoorbereidingsfasen.

De geplande volgende stappen omvatten:

•  Installatie van productieapparatuur
•  Inbedrijfstelling van apparatuur
•  Proefproductie
• Voorbereiding van ondersteunende productiegebieden
•  Voltooiing van de resterende fabrieksinfrastructuur

Alle daaropvolgende bouw- en voorbereidingswerkzaamheden zullen worden voortgezet in overeenstemming met de geldende bouw- en veiligheidseisen.

De fabriek is nog niet in volledige productie gegaan. Daarom kunnen de daadwerkelijke operationele capaciteit, productie-efficiëntie en leveringsverbeteringen pas worden geëvalueerd nadat de installatie, inbedrijfstelling en proefproductie van de apparatuur zijn voltooid.

 Ondersteuning van STON's CNC plaatbewerkingsapparatuur productie

STON werd opgericht in 2006 en is gespecialiseerd in het onderzoek, de ontwikkeling en de productie van CNC plaatbewerking verwerkingsapparatuur. De bestaande fabriek beslaat 20.000㎡ en integreert framelassen, machinale bewerking, assemblage en kwaliteitscontrole binnen het productieproces.

De belangrijkste productcategorieën van STON omvatten:

• CNC-kantbanken
• CNC-torenponsmachines
• Kantpersen
• Lasersnij-units
• Automatische laad- en lossystemen
• Op maat gemaakte productielijnen voor plaatwerk

Het nieuwe fabrieksproject is ontworpen om extra ruimte te bieden voor de productie en voorbereiding van deze machines en automatiseringsoplossingen.

 Productieruimte voor kantbanken en torenponsmachines

STON's CNC kantpers range includes suction-cup and press-arm configurations. These machines are designed for automated multi-side bending of sheet metal parts used in cabinets, enclosures, doors, furniture and other industrial products.

The company also manufactures mechanical and servo-driven CNC turret punch presses. These machines perform operations such as punching, trimming, embossing, perforating and louver forming. STON additionally offers a punch-laser combined machine that integrates forming and laser contour cutting within one production setup.

Manufacturing this range of equipment requires space for structural processing, machine assembly, electrical integration, commissioning and final inspection. The standardized areas planned for the new factory will support the organization of these production stages.

 Supporting Customized Automatic Production Lines

In addition to standalone machines, STON develops customized sheet metal automation solutions. Its product range includes truss loading and unloading systems as well as production lines integrating processes such as coil feeding, leveling, laser cutting, material handling and downstream bending.

Automatic production lines normally require project-specific layout planning and system integration. Additional manufacturing and commissioning space can help accommodate the assembly and testing of larger or more complex configurations before delivery.

However, the specific machines and production lines that will be manufactured in the new facility have not yet been disclosed. No unconfirmed equipment allocation or production plan has therefore been included in this project update.

 A Planned Upgrade to STON’s Manufacturing Capacity

The new 35,000㎡ factory represents an important step in STON’s production expansion. Once construction, equipment installation and trial production are completed, the additional facility is expected to help the company address existing space and capacity constraints.

The project is also intended to support:

•  More standardized production organization
•  Additional equipment assembly space
•  Expanded capacity for customized projects
•  Improved coordination between manufacturing stages
•  Continued development of CNC sheet metal automation solutions

These are the planned objectives of the project. Actual production results will be confirmed only after the new facility becomes fully operational.

 Continuing the New Factory Project

STON will continue advancing the remaining construction and production-preparation work for the new factory. The immediate focus will be on completing the required infrastructure and preparing Workshop 2 for equipment installation, commissioning and trial operation.
