People sometimes mess up when they create things! This is where STON took the decision to begin using machines to assist us in making our products.
We have these machines here at STON that help us manufacture our toys. These machines work in tandem like a team to produce the toys from start to finish. The machines first cut out all of the pieces required for the toy. Then, they checked all the parts and connect all the pieces together to finally make a toy. Finally, they package the toy for delivery to stores, so kids can buy them.
However, it used to take a long time to make the toys before we had these wonderful machines. Those steps had many different steps, and people had to do each one by hand. Now, with the help of machines, we are able to produce a toy in a few minutes! Which means more toys to play with for everyone.
One other major advantage of automated systems is the ability to scale things very precisely. There is always a possibility of mistakes when people are creating things. However, machines can be programmed to perform things correctly each time. This means all of our toys and tools are exactly perfect!
We at STON have machines that automate our process. These machines are capable of cutting, drilling, and forming metal to produce the sizes and shapes that we require. The tools are very precision and so they need to be align properly. Thanks to our machines, we can guarantee that every tool is crafted precisely as it should be. It enables us to produce high-quality products that our customers can rely on.
